Default I got a new WSM today..

I bought a new, well new to me, WSM 18.5" off Craigslist today for only $100. I couldn't believe the deal. It's a few years old, but has barely been used.

So today I am *slightly* back in action.

My setup now includes:

18.5" WSM
Weber Summit e-210

What is your setup looking like today?

Congrats Sharky! Thats a hell of deal. I finished my UDS about a year ago but I've only used it about a half a dozen times. Time to fire it up now that the weather is getting cooler.

Yeah it was a good deal. I finished off my first cook tonight with chicken leg quarters. Things turned out pretty good if I do say so myself.

I'll post some pics later.;-)

I hope all is well with you. This place is a ghost town since I screwed up the member database.

I know. This site used to be really busy with a lot of good info. I'm doing good Sharky. Are you still in Florida? It seems like there were quite a few members from down south.
I'll post some pics the next time I do some smoking. I"m planning on trying a turkey on the UDS next week. Thinking of brining & smoking it like spatchcock chicken. Have you ever cooked a turkey this way?
