St Pete/Tampa Cookout

I'd like to propose a cookout for the local Tampa and St. Pete members of this site. We could do smoked meat, grilled meat, lots of appetizers, whatever...

Locations would be Ft. Desoto, Hillborough River Park, or whatever...

Im good on Saturdays....Count me IN! (pending wife's approval)... Trying to sell our house- so sundays are no good for me. If I can make it- I would like to do my smoked beans, and some sort of meat....

If you can get enough folks interested in this before Aug 1, I'm in...

I have a cargo trailer that we can use to transport grills to the cook site.

Currently I have one WSM, a Platinum Kettle, and a Gasser. I'm willing to make a trip to collect other grills/smokers and take them to the final destination. I'd suggest Fort Desoto, but I don't know their rules for overnights. Overnights are necessary if you want to have smoked stuff.

Any input is welcome.
