Have the summit platinum d4 but would like to hear from any summit d4 users as they are all the same configuration.
The smoker box seems to get in the way for indirect cooking. Love doing tri-tip (seared and then indirect for about 40 minutes). Just wondering what burners you use. I have seared on the two right burners and then used the far right and second left (just to the right of the smoker burner) for indirect cooking. Am i doing this right or do you have a better way?
Would love to exchange ideas and learn from your experiences.
