Simple Steak seasonings

Tonight the wife was nice enough to bring me home a nice Porterhouse T-bone from Wal-mart.

I decided to go with the basics:

wercestershire sauce
sea salt
fresh ground pepper
garlic powder
onion powder


Cooked to a nice medium. It was great. The steak melted in my mouth!

That sounds good I usually go simple too. Here it is 10:02 am and Im getting hungry for dinner but I have to work tonight so its gonna be dinner on the run.
