Boy that's a big 'un. Got any close ups? There's a place in Sweetwater, Tx (my hometown of years ago) called Texas Tanks that makes custom grills, smokers and such with a double decker huge propane tank(s) being the biggest one I've ever seen.

Anyway, nice rig. Do you do competition stuff?

thx. yea she's a monster rig.. i'll get some close ups next time we have it fired up.. we can fit alot of food onit..still workingon just the right wood, temps, and time... we got a pretty good formula.. our pork butt, brisket, chickens all come out great using local wood dince in FLA.. lots of orange and grapefruit..gives it a great taste....but i'll be damned if i can't get my ribs down right..they never come out how i want them :(
