Hi guys. I just thought I would stop buy and say hi, and hopefully offer some help to some of you out there. I am a CSR/Tech for Nexgrill and Jenn Air. I realize that we don't really have a very good reputation and being on the inside I can assure you that while we don't have everything fixed customer service-wise, we are working on quite a few things.
Now, I realize that we do have flaws, (belive me, it's been known to get pretty bad) but those of us that are actually on the phones and receiving the emails are really trying our hardest to help you. Often, we don't have the tools to do so, but, like I said, our management is working on that.
Anyway, I just thought I would say hi and let you guys know that I will be looking around, and anything that my company makes that you have questions on, I will do my best to help you out.
