Has anyone ever used a Jaccard Meat Tenderizer? I am thinking about purchasing one, and I would like to know if anyone has had good or bad results with one.
Thank You.

I have one, Smoke King, and I would highly recommend it. It works great to make a tougher cut of meat quite tender. It also works on other cuts of meat (like chicken breast) to open it up for marinade to penetrate.
Butchers have been using these type of tenderizers for years, only much bigger machines.
Welcome to the forum, btw. :)

I just bought a Jaccard. I got the 45 blade style instead of the 48 blade one. This style has a quick-release for the blades for easier cleanup. I think it's a pretty good gadget and I'm happy with it.
A word of warning, though. They aren't easy to find in the stores. I found one at a mall kitchen store, and they wanted $60 for it. I found it online for about $28 plus shipping, so it was about $33 total. Make sure you shop around.
