Only the two grills and the smoker when we have some back yard get togethers.

hey Adrian,
What can you tell me about that Gator Pit. I've been to their website and have to admit it kinda peaks my interest. It's very similar to my Texas Tanks smoker, but since my dad is holding it hostage, I'm looking for a new one. I'm pretty familiar with the Texas off sets, but I've not had one with the upright smoker. Is the heat pretty controllable/consistent? Do you get hot spots on the horizontal parts. Mine didn't have baffles but I added them later to control the hot spots.
