I all, I just got registered on this site. I was glad to find it, I use my grill and smoker all the time, and am always curious how other people use theirs. Right now, I'm smoking a pork butt with apple wood chunks, should be done in a couple hours. Hard to beat pulled pork. :mouthwate

I welcome everyone! I would love to get this board going even more than it is:-) If so, We can start hosting regional Grill-a-thons! I can sell my other businesses and become a full-time traveling grill guy!
