Hi -- I am looking for a portable grill to replace my old Weber Smokey Joe.
Looking at another smokey or a Weber "Go-Anywhere," which is a little smaller and easier to pack in a jammed van. Tried a CharBroil tabletop, but the fuel was way too close to the food to cook anything but dogs or thin burgers.
Any suggestions?

thanks.

I have a coleman roadtrip grill, 2 burners and comes with a griddle on one side nice for pancakes and eggs, plus extra grill tops are only 20 bucks a pop. The 2 burners come in very handy, the one feature I think Weber screwed up on when the developed theirs. Plus the stand folds down flat under the grill for transporting. I love it for tailgaiting and camping.

I have the Weber Baby Q and despite only having one burner it's a great grill. I love the cast iron grates. It sears wonderfully. I recently purchased the griddle grate for it, so now I can do just about anything.

I've seen the Roadtrip, but haven't used one, so I can't compare. I just know I'm really happy with the Baby Q.
