I use this marinade on rib eyes, new yorks, or T-bones....
1/2 cup Worchestshire (sp?)
1/4 cup Burgandy wine
2 to 3 Cloves garlic minced/crushed
1 TBS Montreal Steak Seasoning
Lot'sa peppa
Place all the ingredients in a 1 gal freezer ziploc bag shake 'er up good and add the steaks...marinade a good 3 hours for an intense flavor, flippin' the bag over ever' once in awhile. I always get compliments on my grill'n steaks!
For a little kick add 1/2 TBS of Horseradish sauce, or to yer likin'
