I got me some of FATZ Pigpowder yesterday at the Steak cook-off and when I got home last night I had to open it and smell it, then I had to taste it. My son and I were like sampling it right our of the bag it is so good.
I grilled some pork chops this morning and they were outstanding! I can see using this to make jerky, smoking fish and on ribs. I've got a pork loin in the freezer I've got to use this on.
If you haven't gotten some of this from FATZ yet, you need to. I highly recommend it and I am pretty particular when it comes to recommending, much less using, other seasonings.
Enjoy,

That certainly is a very good endorsement. I guess I'll have to buy some and give it a try.
I haven't forgotten about the relish. I have yours and sharky's being packaged tonight (I hope). Anyone need a job?...lol

I received some of that famous pig powder and although I have wantd to try it for a long time I donated it to our "basket" for relay for life which is this weekend.
I will be ordering some very soon so that I can cook something up with it as it sounds delicious!
