I was hesitant at first.
However, I made one of the best burgers I have ever tasted tonight!
I didn't take pics, I do apologize. I'll get the recipe and post it in the recipe forum tomorrow.

It had turkey, ricotta cheese, dijon mustard, shallots, garlic and a few other things in it.

I was amazed at the taste!

I guess the key is the extra stuff that you added...actually I don't mind the taste of ground turkey so much, but the texture can be funky.

Yeah. it was odd making it.. but they turned out great!

I'll get the recipe from the book tonight and post it!

My friend makes a killer turkey burger. I have never attempted to make one but it would make a nice change from the regular burger.

The ingredients you mentioned sounded like it would all go together nicely and have great flavor. Please post the recipe so we can try it out.

Going to a bring your own meat BBQ on sunday. It sure would have been nice to bring sharky's famous turkey burgers with us. :)

I do apologize for not getting the recipe sooner. I'll make it up to you, I promise.

I've been "away from the grill" for most of the week... I'll be back at the helm by this coming weekend and post some great recipes!
