What are some of your favorite low carb meals to make on the grill?

My wife and I are on the South Beach Diet which is low fat, low carb. We grill most everything so there really is no change in what we put on the grill.

Nice.
That's one of the benefits of grilling. It's on just about every diet... Just go leaner.. and cut out the red meat a bit and you are good to go

You can also substitute a product called Whey-Low for sugar in your sauce and rub recipes. Absolutely no difference in taste. Beats Splenda hands-down.

HI StPeteBBQ - Welcome to the board! I look forward to your contributions!
Is Whey-Low a Soy based product? I would assume so by the name.

Actually, if I remember correctly, it is made from a combination of fructose and lactose. It was invented by a PhD in Chemistry when his wife was diagnosed with diabetes. You can read all about it on their web site:

I'm not sure. Maybe one of the health food stores. Nature's Harvest? I just get it from the web. Too lazy. :o

Anyone else have any ideas for what to cook?
I'm a fan of chicken and asperigus. I can eat that almost every day of the week!
