Grill anything this weekend? (Pics)

I was out of town until this morning, so I missed some prime grilling time!

I'm ready to kick on the grill tonight though!
I'm thinking of Turkey Burgers topped with fresh ricotta cheese. I saw the recipe in a book I bought at williams sanoma! If it's good.. I'll post the recipe and some pics! If it's not, I'll be sure to let you know!

Yesterday I picked up some wild pacific salmon. Today I was given some "Old Florida Mango" seasoning. Sprinkled some seasoning on the salmon, let it sit for about an hour in the fridge, then grilled it over medium heat. To go with it I made some noodles with a dill & parmegiano reggiano sauce (stove cooked).

It was excellent!

Tonight I had Chicken and peas. :-)

Last Night I decided to toss a few Chicken Breasts on the grill and try out my new Chicken Rub.

I also grilled a few flour tortillas and cut them up like chips to dip in this great dip my Mother in Law makes!

Same treatment as the Tortillas.... Olive oil and Chicken rub:

Toss these puppies on the grill for about 6 minutes each side, medium-high heat
