Serge,
I do! Actually I have no choice but to exercise, I'm in a wheelchair and keeping my strength is very important! Don't do as much cardio as I should but I lift weights everyother dayto keep my upper body strong enough to push my 235lbs around everyday. You'd think pushing that much around would be enough exercise! I do the 12oz curls too, that Bill was referring to as well! Maybe if I didn't do as many of those I wouldn't have to do as many of the barbell curls! Sometimes it's hell getting motivated to exercise but once I'm done I feel much better! So get off the couch and do a few reps!

I do the 1.5 oz lifts followed by the 12 oz curls..........
I do however add some pushups, crunches, jumping jacks and some time on the stationary bike every now and then.

Serge, you know me.. I always WANT to work out, but never actually do. Maybe one day I won't be totally consumed by work, AND GRILLING, enough to get in there. lol.
As a matter of fact, I start back tomorrow. I am finally rid of sickness and back pain:-)

I am always chasing after my kids does that count as working out? I did have a six pack 10 years ago when I always went surfing and swam all the time. Now I just have a keg where the six was. After I turned 30 it just wouldn't go away as easy.I'll be joining a gym soon. I hope caring the membership card in my wallet helps.
I have that little roller thingy on my mouse. I roll it back and forth. Of course, I have one finger twice the size of the others.

Well, after being in the hospital with chest pains last week I have added an hour on the tread mill each day and have cut down on the twelve ounce curls and the 1.5 ounce lifts. :(

That's great Nick. What's a cuting diet? You just cut the extra off? Just kidding... :)
I work too much to get to the gym. Have for years and I'm way overweight. I used to work out but seems like everything else gets in the way.
I know I'm not going to change my diet very much, so I recently made a commitment to get healthier and bought a new Bowflex... Had it a couple of weeks and already feel better, more energy, etc.
Now if I can just keep at it and not turn the Bowflex into a clothes rack... :)

Thanks StPeteBBQ, Cutting is a term bodybuilders use when they go on a diet to lower there bodyfat percentage i just picked it up cause im always over at the bodybuilding.com forum. I couldn't have done it without them there way of dieting is the best there is.

I started working out again on August 10th. So far I am down 25lbs and feeling great!
I dropped froma 48 waist to a 42, and even now the 42s are a little big.
I am eating right and doing tons of cardio at the gym. every day I do an hour in the morning and every other day I do 30 minutes in the evening. I am burning about 1000 calories/day from cardio.. not bad.
