Left over brisket for me... warmed up in it's own juices... and probably some grilled asparagus...
What kind of meat will you use? I still want to do one of these korean beef recipes with Tri-tip.

Sounds like a wonderful meal. I did a short-tour in Korea bock in the early 80's and loved the food!

Gas coal - It's good to see you posting on the board again!
I love Korean food. While in High School I dated a Korean girl, and I must say, I stuck around more for the cookin than the lovin! :D :mouthwate

Thanks Mike. The food was good, but the company made the evening GREAT!!
My food Critique:
1)The Potstickers and dipping sauce were excellent. They looked and tasted great.
2)The Korean Beef was good. Heck it was all gone by the end of the night! It would have been better had I marinated them overnight, instead of for only 6 hours. I wish I would have made more marinade to put them in. Next time I will make twice the recommended marinade so the meat gets really drenched with it.
3) Rice wasn't as sticky as I like it. I need a rice maker!
4) Orange Pound Cake was slightly dry but the great flavor made me forget about it!
5) chocolate souffle cake with homemade whip cream was excellent!
6) The company - Perfect!

They look great Mike! I think your pics made the food look even better!
Can I get full size photos of these? The one with the cake would be perfect for Crystals website!

If you need someone to volunteer to test out the shipping options for the new company, give me a shout. You know, you have to ship everything once as a test, just to see how it arrives. :)
I know, it'll be a tough job, but someone has to do it... ;)
