Hello all. I am knew to the forum. I need some help in buying a SS gas grill.
I have narrowed it down to 2 grills and would like some feedback. I am looking at Steelforge Chatteu and a Weber Summit Gold C4. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks
I'm not really familiar with either of the grills you mentioned, but from what I do know, you can never go wrong with a Weber.

Not familiar with the Steelforge either, but I have 4 Webers and they really stand behind their products.

Hi RealMccoy! Welcome to the board!
The Sterling Forge Grill is basically made by Nexgrill. These are average grills that get average reviews. It would suit a casual griller just fine, however if you plan on grilling a few times a week, it might not be worth it to you.
The Weber is a 5 star grill. Weber has a great support/service program, and is widely known for producing top of the line grills and grilling equipment!
If you can afford the Weber over the Sterling. I say go for it!
With that said, I searched for reviews on both of these grills. I couldn't find reviews for the same exact models you mention, however here are reviews for similar products from the same manufacturers

Please let us know your choice! I would love to hear your review once you get it!
Thanks for stopping in and I hope to see you around more often!

Hey thanks for the info Sharky. Let me tell you my only problem with the Weber. I cannot build it in later, or can I? I do grill at the very minimum of a few times a week. So you think that the Sterling would be out of the ?. The only thing I can go buy on the Sterling (besides you comment above) is that none of the retailers that carry them have any in stock. That makes me wonder. I have a Weber Genisis now and I love it, I just would like something a little bigger and natural gas, and the option to build it in later. I am willing to spend up to around $1500. Any other grills that I should look at. Thanks again with all your help. Oh yeah what grill do you own?

If I were you I would look into the lower end of the Dynasty and DCS lines. I personally have a Dynasty built in and love it. The lower end should be right in your price range with a cart.
