12 oz. Bottle Jimmy Baugh's Original World Championship Steak Seasoning
I ordered this great rub from our very own GrillMstr!
I finally got it in and decided to try it out as seasoning on my Grilled Potato Wedges (http://www.sharky.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43) and I must say it was a HIT!
I haven't had a chance to try it on steak yet, but all signs are pointing to another success story!
I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it yet.

I'll keep you updated when I use it on steak for the first time.

I'll be using it this week on a few rib eyes.
How liberally do you spread this on? I notice it's got a little kick to it. I'm thinking mild to medium coverage on both sides.

Sorry I missed this post.
I put it on "quite" liberally as some will fall off during turning. Actually I just like the taste of it since it accentuates the flavors of whatever your cooking.
Enjoy, and thanks!

Cool Sharky!
The BIG steak cook-off here is coming up the 21st of this month(May)
I'll be there.
I cooked for the Delta Diamondbacks (Arkansas' National Guard Division) that just got back from Irag, so I got to fire my grill up to full throttle! They had several of the steak cook off champions there cooking 500 porterhouse steaks, damn they were good!
Oh yeah, I finally broke down and got a new grill for my birthday last week.
I ended up with a Brinkmann 4400, My best friend also bought one (a 4400) at the same time for his hunting camp.
Anyway, cheers to all,
Grill

Here ya go:
It really cooks good.
ROCK ON!!! I'll be at the cook-off this weekend, Jimmy. I'll be with the Carter Federal Critter cookers in slot 34 on the north side of the square, I think.
I hope to meet you face to face. This being my first one of these, can you shoot me any pointers?

Mr. Grillmstr sir,
how often do you grill on your gas grill?

Deuce,
Since I got this one, I'm grilling two to four times a week on it. It really cooks sweet for what it cost. I do my serious grilling on my charcoal and wood fired pit.
Gotta go pack for the steak cook off tomorrow.
