hahaha. Yes, That was only a few years ago. I have come a long way, but still have lots to learn! That's actually why I created this forum. To learn from others as much as I like to share my experiences!

You will find Serge has a wealth of knowledge. His critisism drove me to learn how to cook steaks at something other than the way I liked it. Him, and his wife, are great cooks and are raved about amongst our mutual friends!
