I guess you can say that this is my first market test for anything I have made concering Q. Let me know how this concoction works on your next steak. There's a steak competition in March or May around close and I want to enter it. I'm gonna try and get my perfect seasonings and then my perfect steak. I would try this myself, and will, as soon as I can afford to go get a coupla steaks....lol.
SnaPBBQ Steak Seasoning
2 tsp black pepper
1 ½ tsp paprika
1 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp celery salt
Mix ingredients and sprinkle on meat 5 minutes before placing meat on hot grill. Makes approx ¼ cup.
