Hmm. This is pretty interesting. This is an offshoot of Trashcan turkey. Someone combined them with a smoker and will probably make an arm and a leg off them.
Good idea, and I have no doubt it works great!

I could see this working with poultry and ribs, but not something like a butt. They claim it cooks a butt in 2 hours??? I cook a butt a 220-240 for roughly 2 hrs/lb. before it's done. That's 14 hours for a 7 lb butt. It has to sit in the "zone" (160-170) for hours to render out all the collegen.
You might get some cooked pork, but it wouldn't be real Q. Now a turkey or a chicken... that ought to work out great!

this cooks almost like a pressure cooker. I don't doubt it makes a good butt. It might not be the pulled pork variety though
