Tonight I am going for the Korean Grilled Beef (http://www.sharky.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12) and some grilled rice (Kind of like fried rice, only on the grill), and the wife is making pork gyoza (Pot stickers).
Tomorrow, I might fix my Famous Baby Back Ribs, baked/grilled potato & grilled corn on the cob. I'll probably throw in some grilled asparigus to even it out:-)
Actually have a pretty big selection (for my house!) in the freezer. Got some center cut pork chops (to be used with a teriyaki marinade), tri tip steaks (enough for two meals :D) and the requisite chicken breasts. Probably the steaks tonight :mouthwate and one of the others tomorrow or Sunday. Or I'll just hang out in my underwear and order a pizza...

That's the ultimate grilling sin!
I always keep an extra on hand!
Nice looking meal Sharky...makes me wish I could BBQ at work. At this job I have to work every Saturday, and the company buys the same shitty pizza every weekend. I wish I could set up my portable bbq in the warehouse and make something good.:(

What do you do for a living?
Heck, you might want to spread some interest. Maybe you can bring the portable grill and they buy the meat, you cook???
