I've got just about every book put out by Steven Reichlan ( http://www.barbecuebible.com ), and a few offered by Williams Sanoma and some other stragglers that I picked up at Barnes and Noble. I love reading them. However, I'm more interested in Grilling, not smoke pit barbecueing. If I can't do it on the grill, I'm really not interested.

Do you have any suggestions?

I was at Barnes and Noble's this past weekend. Grabbed a few BBQ books while my daughter was going through all the kiddie books.

Seemed most of the recipes required a mojority of the cooking to be done on a regular stove. I have yet to find a real good book for grilling.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you serious?
Are you looking in the womens section?

haha.
Seriously man..

How To Grill by Steve Reichlan is a pretty good book.

You might have to prepare the marinade inside... or cut the meat, etc... but the cooking is on the grill man!

You could always invest in an outdoor kitchen setup and never have to worry about cooking inside again!

Next time you come over I will let you borrow a few of my books. But remember, 5 days Max or I charge for usage!

I do a lot of my research on the web. My problem is that I tweak every recipe and don't write down what I do.

That's the first I've heard of the book. I come from the mindset that Any grilling book is good! I enjoy pictures, but you can at least get ideas to try from the recipes in there. The best food I've made has been from an altered recipe!

I'm notorious for that too. I try to remember the best I can, but sometimes I just can't. lol. That's OK, I can try something new each time!@

Went to the bookstore this weekend (used books) and stumbled across a book called "Favorite Brand Name Grilling" I bought it because the tag said it was out of print. C1999 Publications International. Any way its loaded with recipies from A1 Steaksauce, Birds Eye, Butterball turkey,Del Monte, Dole, Grey Poupon Mustard, Kikkoman International Kraft Foods and Lawrys just to name a few. I think I will use it a lot.

Interesting. My wife has a similar cookbook for Desserts!

This might be a good one to pick up on ebay!
