Red Wine Beef Mop
1/3 c rub; same used for cooking your meat
1/3 c garlic flavored red wine vinegar
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 10.5 oz can of beef broth
Juice from 1 lemon
1 c red wine
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Stir with mop/basting brush before each use as juices will separate in bowl. Mop meat every 30-45 minutes; more if desired.
