I happen to have a job in which I can work remotely from my laptop. I run the computer system of a credit union with 7 branches. I have the opportunity to stay at home and grill.

"Why not?" I asked myself.
"Yeah, I am gettin' paid like I am at work," replied myself.
"Maybe I should go in," me said.
"HEY!! Go away!! Who asked me?" I asked.

I'll let you guys know how it's going in a while.

Butt four hours in and pre-flipped. I flipped it right after this photo was taken.

In the back? Oh, that is some more broccoli, but this time I added cucumber and lemon slices and a quartered onion. I also used the Grill Creations Memphis Style Steak Seasoning in there.
I'll let you know about that too. Three or so more hours on this side and it will be wrapped in foil and finished slowly for tenderness. I would like to thank shark,y for the advice on cookin' this butt.

ROCK ON!!

This damn thing turned out so good, I actually forgot to post.
