edit - I have renamed this Smoke Steamed Broccoli. It's very easy.

Being a broccoli lover, I am giving this a whirl. I don't imagine I can mess it up too bad.

You need:
broccoli (as much as you like)
Aluminum foil
McCormick's All-Purpose Seasoning (little pieces/flakes of herbs/spice blend)
butter/margarine
lemon

Wash broccoli. I broke mine all up and rinse through a kitchen strainer.

Lay in the center of a large sheet of foil.

Top with butter/margarine.

Sprinkle McCormicks All-Purpose Seasoning and lemon juice all over it.

Wrap foil so that no juices can escape while cooking.

About 1 hour in, poke small holes in the top of foil to let the smoke in.

Cook on grill away from heat until desired tenderness is reached.
