New Book

I just got a copy of Cheryl & Bill Jamison's (of "Smoke & Spice" fame) new book "Chicken on the Grill" - 100 surefire ways to grill perfect chicken every time.

Great recipes and good pictures and explanation of techniques. Also, when they use an ingredient that might not be available commonly, they give information of where in can be obtained online.

This one is going in my "must have" library.

Nice. I am a big fan of chicken.. and coming up with different ways to cook it can be difficult.

I'll check this one out on amazon and ebay:-)
