Sharky, Did you see any Eggs?

I know that there are quite a few guys on the BGE forum that compete.

Yes! I saw one setup with 4 Eggs. I don't think they were BGE brand though, but they looked just like it!

The guys next to us were admiring the F250 we came in. They were asking tons of questions, like it was a Ferari or something!

Lookin' at these phots, I can almost smell the festivities. I can't wait to enter one of those.

As a matter of fact, the held the 1st Annual BBQ Cook-Off here in shreveport last summer. It was all over the Food Network. That's what turned me on to all of this.

The competitions are fun. Do your research before you go.. make sure you have all the supplies you need.

Check out http://www.thebbqguy.com for some input. They was right next to us and helped us out quite a bit as they were experienced and prepared. We were not and were stuck running to the store while we should have been cooking.
