18 oz BBQ Sauce (Bullseye, Kraft, whatever)
16 oz. Knotts seedless Raspberry Preserves
8 oz white vinegar
6 canned Chipotles en adobo
3 TBS garlic crushed
1 TBS brown sugar
1/2 stick sweet butter
Chipotle Tabasco to taste

Pulse the chipotles and preserves in a food processor until well processed. Mix everything together over low-med heat and simmer until all are well mixed. This sauce is sweet and hot so you don't need too much!

I'm not much of a fan of raspberries. Do you think this will work with Blueberries?

seems like it should:-)

I make almost the same sauce and use cherry preserves. Excellent on grilled salmon!

Just made a batch of this for some pork ribs. OMG that sauce smells so good....

I seal my ribs in foil with about a cup of beer and grill boil in the foil for about 35 minutes before applying sauce and smoking. I added a couple of fresh jalepenos and chives to the beer boil so these should should turn out extra spicy. I'll post the results...
