So after many requests I have decided to add an introduction forum.
Us this forum to briefly tell us about yourself and BBQ/grilling experience.
For myself, I'm an Internet Marketer and BBQ/Grilling hobbyist. I prefer to grill my food over low and slow... however I appreciate finely smopked meat just as much as the next guy. When I cook I prefer steaks, chicken or something requiring direct heat and quicker cooking times. I love Bobby Flay and his presentation styles. I would be a chef if there was any money in it for the majority of us.
I live in Tampa and currently have a regular "gasser" nothing special and a 22.5" Weber Performer for when I like my food to taste better - Yes Charcoal does give better flavor... it's just not as convenient during the week! The great Florida weather allows me to bbq/grill year round!
I LOVE tailgating and make it to USF or Buccaneers games as often as I can strictly for the tailgate!
Finally, I'm still learning just like the rest of you. I created this forum to share my ideas with others and learn as well. I hope to see many of you lurkers join our community and start posting and sharing our love of foods cooked by fire!
