Show us what you've got man!
Hello Fellas,
ok ok....for starters and since I know my boy Sharky is tipping the scales a hair more then I am, here is my favorite grilled fish recipe:
1 clove garlic, minced
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablesppon fresh lemon juice
1 tablesppon chopped fresh parsley
2 8oz filets ( I usually double the recipe and cook 4-6 filets of redfish, sheepshead, trout or whatever it is I have recently caught)
white wine to taste
dab or two of worcestershire sauce
mix ingredients and place in a big zip lock bag. add fish and marinade for couple hours in your frig turning occasionally.
fire up the grill and cook your fish. SAVE the marinade and apply while cooking. Cook fish until it can be easily flaked with a fork.
Enjoy!
Oh BTW....there is only one way to grill and that is with wood or charcoal. Gas is for the ladies ;)
