Guests Can Now Post!

I finally figured out how to enable guest posting. I encourage everyone to register, however it is no longer required!

lol. you should make the guest posting disabled. You will earn more members!

I thought that initially, however we have quite a few lurkers on a regular basis. I noticed many wanted to post, but not register. When they got an error, they stilll didn't register. So this is a happy medium!
