Thanksgiving was great this year with family & friends !
I did a slow roast turkey stuffed with oranges & herbs and also did maple glazed spiral cut hams. Due to the spiral cuts, the hams cooked faster than whole so they required extra basting. Family wants a repeat for Xmas dinner.
