The new grill!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a pic of the new grill! I actually got it a couple months ago, but haven't had a chance to post pic's yet. It's the Napoleon PT600RBI, with the infrared sear zone. A tip to anyone shopping - infrared is NOT a gimmick. The results from 1800° searing are just incredible! I could not be happier with this grill. Anyways, here's a couple pics.....

Well, the shine didn't last too long, since I've been using it about 3-4 days each week since I got it. It definitely has that "worked-in" look to it now!

Best way to learn any grill or smoker is to use it alot and learn the quirks of it, warm and cool spots and how to keep it moist (smoker). I have seen people with $$$$ equip. that couldn't hardly BBQ at all and another guy with a tin can from Wal Mart that can make fantastic BBQ. Equipment helps, but it's the experiance and dedication to the "craft" that make true BBQ
