I picked this up this past weekend. It came with all of the toys shown (truck not included) for 80 bucks. It's only about 4 months old & had been kept in the garage when not in use. Menards has them new for $180 right now.

Speaking of new toys...

I just bought a new Cookshack AmeriQue.

This is an Electric Smoker by the same folks who make the Fast Eddies smokers.

It uses pellets or wood chips to produce smoke and electric to produce the heat.

I've come across several local restaurants who want to sell pulled pork, and this is the best way I can figure out to service them. Not the best, but certainly will produce acceptable BBQ. Better than they have right now anyway.

Right now 3 local restaurants want 2 butts every day. Should be able to pay for the cooker very shortly.

So, StPete, you can fit 3 butts on each rack or what? Selling 6 butts a day sounds good from here. It's nice when you can make $$$ doing something that you enjoy :mouthwate .
