Well after much thought and tons of great reviews I decided to become an egghead. I purchased the large egg yesturday and started off with a pizza- almost perfect, a truly nobel effort for my first attempt with the egg- bottom was slightly burnt- too much corn meal?? but... So far I'm very impressed with the egg. After a few minutes - less then 5- the egg was up to 650 degrees! I then had to tweek the dampers to adjust to a lower baking temp-
