New York Strip

Four New York Strips prep'ed, grilled, and served.
Potatoes cooked just over an hour at 350F or so.
Corn boiled using fishcooker.
Romaine leaf salad with ceasar dressing and rolled anchovies (not shown)

I love baked potatoes on the grill.

I think it's time I start breaking my camera out again!

I do my corn right on the grill also, everybody says it tastes much better ! Just shuck,
soak 20 minutes and put on grill & roll them like a hot dog as they cook. Also the fine
threads burn right off as well.
