Grilled Ginger Salmon
Ingredients:
marinade
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce -- low sodium
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated ginger root -- fresh
salmon fillet or steaks -- or salmon steaks
Instructions:
Blend together and pour into shallow glass pan. Add either salmon filet or salmon steaks and marinate for 30-60 minutes. Grill on hot barbeque until fish just flakes.
