It's good to see the recent activity on the board. I was beginning to wonder if anyone was alive.

To those of you who are signed up but don't post, don't be bashful. Please share your grilling/BBQ experiences with the rest of us. Got a question? Ask it! We may not always know the answer, but we can sure find out for you. And I'm sure we can learn from you.

The great thing about grilling is that it has an amazing ability to bring folks together. I've found that most Grillers/BBQers are always willing to share their experiences, recipes, or just general knowledge. In the past 6 months, I've learned a wealth of stuff just hanging out in different websites.

Anyway, like the topic says, "Don't be bashful!" Feel free to join in! Sharky has created this Forum for everyone to enjoy. :)

I created this forum as much for everyone else as I did myself. I am an enthusiast. I am not a Pro! I love firing up the grill in my back yard, or at the beach or while tailgating. I enjoy it, I would do it all day every day if I could.

I enjoy reading that others have the same problems I do. It's great to see there are 5 different solutions to every problem. Each individual has their own methods, and I am able to take a little from each of their methods to make my own!

There are some boards you go to where people put you down for not using the same methods they use. Not to mention the hardcore BBQ boards that look down on us grillers!

The Platinum? Hell yeah! Did rotisserie chicken on it.

I did some burgers too. Took some of that TexasBBQRub and mixed it right in with the ground beef, added an egg, and made some wonderful burgers!
