Vinegar-Based Barbecue Sauce
1 (1-1/4 oz.) can black pepper
1 (1-1/4 oz.) can red pepper
2 qts. white vinegar
2 T. sugar
1/2 C. salt
1/4 C. lemon juice
1 small bottle catsup
Boil first six ingredients for 8 minutes, then add catsup. Boil for 2 more minutes.
