Hello All:
Anyone here ever used the Orion Grill....??? I am new to this type of grill and would like to become knowledgeable on how to "REALLY" use it

I have one, but haven't really had a chance to use it much. I've made ribs, turkey and chicken with it, all turned out great! Since it works more like a pressure cooker, you won't get that real crisp skin on your turkey or chicken, but that doesn't bother me as the meat is fall off the bone tender!

I read somewhere that you can actually get crisp skin on this cooker. I think you have to, add more coals around the base and none on the top....????
Anyway, I know that this is going to be, hopefully, the "Instrument of Brisket Nirvana...." I have tried Brisket on the ECB, and it was pain and suffering.
Too hot, then too cold, then just right, then like leather. So, this is why I looked into the Orion.
Hey, have you done Brisket on this yet....????

I'm not a big fan of brisket, so I haven't made it on the Orion. You know, I'm sure you can get crisp skin with it, but I just haven't fiddled with it enough to do that. Now that I have moved to my new place I will be sure to mess with it more...
