I've been a lurker.. how's it going?

your board inspired me to go ahead and get a new charcoal grill this weeekend..

it grills very well.. doesn't turn out alot of smoke.. so I won't piss off the neighbors...

I enjoyed leftover steak for lunch today.. Very tasty..

I dashed some chipotle sauce, pepper, jalapeno salt before cooking.. Made the steaks very tasy..

I cut up the steaks and used them in quesadillas.. hmmmm..

better than Taco Cabana IMHO

I'm glad you stopped by! There is nothing better than food straight from the grill! I have been messing with my 22" Webber which is just like yours, only slightly bigger. It's a good weekend cooker, while my gas still serves as the main grill during the week!

It sounds like you made a mean steak! What cut of meat did you use?

Welcome aboard, Jim.

Congrats on your new Weber. I recently got a new Weber grill and I love it.

I look forward to your contributions to the forum. Don't be bashful.
