How to Cook Beef Brisket on an Orion...???

I just purchased an Orion Grill... :mouthwate Now, I would like to know how to do a Beef Brisket on it.

Can anyone please give me some guidance on this....??????

I haven't done a brisket on the Orion yet. I'd recommend hitting up the guys directly at http://www.orioncooker.com . They are pretty nice guys and answer their emails regularly.

So, how does the Orion impress you? What-all have you cooked on it, how did it turn out, etc? I see that H.D. has them on sale again this week, so I'm thinking about it. How does it stack up to any others that you have used, are you happy with it, would you recommend it, etc? Inquiring minds & all that stuff.
