Meat Market from "On The Grill" radio show

I don't know if this qualifies for product reviews, but I'm going to be checking out Robert's Meat Market on Westshore. I've been trying to find Tri-Tip roasts locally and no one on this side of the Bay seems to know what it is.

When I called in yesterday to see if they carried them, he said he could get them, so I'm going to have him order me one cryovac package of them. Might get 2 or 3 to a pack.

These are suppose to be very good for grilling as well as smoking, although it is a fairly tender cut, so grilling might be better.

I'll let everyone know how it works out.

Tri tip is a great cut of meat if cooked right!

I'll be frequenting Roberts place as well. I went there Thursday after we met for lunch and checked it out. I was impressed!
