Butler's is good. I ordered the oysters because I get all the BBQ I can eat at home. Don't do many oysters at the house. :)

I've already browsed through the Burger Book and I can see I'm gonna have fun with some of those recipes... even a recipe for a Big Mock... LOL! I have my eye on the Gorgonzola burger, though.

We'll definitely get together again and as for the business, we can discuss it over the next few weeks and pull the trigger then. I'm not in a real bind now, it's just an inconvenience. But I don't want it to become a problem either.

Fired up that kettle yet?

I was just giving you a hard time about the oysters:-)

I hope you like the birger book, I love mine. My wife hates the traditional hamburgers and hot dogs, but this book really does expand on it!
